Intelligent Speed-to-Lead Engine
The Challenge
Real estate leads from platforms like BiggerPockets often lose value because of the "lead decay" caused by slow, manual data entry and delayed email responses.
The Solution
Engineered a headless email parser that uses GPT-4o to scrape unstructured lead data from Outlook notifications. It instantly logs records to a Supabase backend and triggers personalized, HTML-formatted follow-ups with Calendly integration in < 60 seconds.

GoHighLevel to SQL Data Pipeline
Challenge: Client needed raw data ownership and custom BI reporting outside of GHL's native limitations.
Solution: Engineered a fault-tolerant ETL pipeline in N8N. It handles API pagination to fetch thousands of lead records and syncs them to a private PostgreSQL database, enabling real-time Tableau/PowerBI dashboards.
GHL to OpenDental Sync
Challenge: Dental staff wasted 60% of their time manually re-entering new leads from marketing (GHL) into the EMR (OpenDental).
Solution: Built a real-time bridge using Webhooks. When a lead is tagged "Booked" in GHL, N8N instantly creates a patient record in OpenDental via API, eliminating data entry errors and latency.
